The Income Tax Board meets quarterly and, as needed, to review the Income Tax Department's budget, operations, and the Income Tax Uniform Rules and Regulations that complement the Ordinance.  The Mayor, Law Director, and City Treasurer each appoint an elector to serve a lifetime appointment on the Board of Review.  This is the initial appellate authority for taxpayers who wish to appeal the Tax Administrator's final determinations.  The Income Tax Administrator is appointed by the Mayor and reports to the Mayor and the Income Tax Board.  Click here for a complete schedule of meetings for 2010: click here.
