Statutory Form of Government
City Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, first floor of the Municipal Building. All communications must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on the preceding Wednesday to the Council Office.
City Council consists of the President of Council, three At-Large Council members serving the entire City and six Ward Council members serving the City’s Wards. All Council members are elected to serve a two-year term.
